Alliance For Workforce Development, Inc is offering a Technical Assistance (TA) program for Lassen and Plumas County microenterprise businesses (5 or fewer employees including the owner(s)) and entrepreneurs with the focus on individual business counseling customized to the needs of their business.
The Technical Assistance program allows microenterprise businesses and entrepreneurs the opportunity to receive consulting and counseling services in a wide variety of areas. Consulting services are developed base on individual assessments and identify the needs of each participant.

 We have a variety of services to offer including but not limited to:

  • Financial and Legal Counseling
  • Business Plan Development
  • Management & Marketing Assistance
  • Loan Preparation and Packaging

The services are available to accommodate the unique business structure to eligible participants.
Participants need to be ready and willing to invest time into their business development needs.  The professionals will provide their expertise and knowledge to ensure all necessary information and requirements have been addressed. Consulting and counseling services will be offered in a group workshop format and/or one-on-one counseling to best serve microenterprise businesses and entrepreneurs to achieve the maximum benefit and success for each participant.
